Bogwood and Steel Sculptor

About my work......

I have always been interested in art, from copying heavy metal album covers, sketching and even painting murals as a teenager. I have no formal training and am a rigger by trade. Maybe this gives me a chance to express myself (without the restraints of what is or isn’t the ‘done’ thing) and learn as I go along. I find my inspiration in nature, Irish history and the pure beauty of working with wood. I am hugely inspired by the works of Gaudi.
