NOVEMBER 27th 2011

Wow, we were surprised & delighted recently to get the good news that 3 of the festival's nominees for the annual AOIFE Best of Festival awards won in their categories! Well done to 2 of our fave festival performers- Niall de Burca & Wobbly Circus, and also to our printers Conway Media (Rob Conway & Dave Lynch with WAF's Geoff Kane below), winners all :)

MAY 3rd

WAF GRAND RAFFLE

Tickets now available from shops around Wicklow Town and at festival events for WAF's annual raffle. With luxurious overnight accommodation at Ritz Carlton Powerscourt & Druids Glen Resort, pearl earrings from TJ Gelletlie, fine art portrait from photographer Ellen McDermott, vouchers for Sole to Soul Therapies and a round of golf from the Glen Mill Club there's great treats in store for the lucky winners!

Draw takes place on June 4th.

APRIL 3rd

GRAND SLAM BRIDGE CLUB FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE

Grand Slam Bridge Club will host a Bridge Benefit Night to be held courtesy of the Dominican Ecology Centre in the Dominican Campus, Wicklow Town on Saturday 28th May at 7.15pm.
Admission is €10 per player,  to include light refreshments. There will be a raffle on the night with great prizes to be won.

Proceeds to Wicklow Arts Festival and Grand Slam Bridge Club Charity project in Kenya

The magnificent National Botanic Gardens at Kilmacurragh Arboretum are always worth a visit, no matter what the season!
